Care Worker/Support Worker – Visa sponsorship (CoS) available
We are presently searching for caring and reliable Care Assistants / Care Workers to join our expanding team delivering high quality domiciliary (home) care.
“This is a great opportunity to support people in their own home, to help them retain their independence and dignity and improve their quality of life.
Eligible candidates that are already in the UK can apply for Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) visas, subject to meeting the Home Office conditions.
Key Accountabilities
Personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting
Help with mobility and safe transfers
Assistance with preparing meals and taking medication
Provide company and emotional support
Help clients access the community and attend appointments.
Keep good records of care and report any issues
Adhere to individual care plans and protection procedures
Requirements
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Caring, patient and reliable in nature
Ability of working independently and in a team
Basic IT abilities (for care notes and reports)
Driving licence preferable but not needed
Previous care experience an advantage but not essential (complete training given)
