This is a wonderful time to join an innovative service providing early intervention for the Emotional health needs of children, young people and their families in Pembrokeshire
This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals with relevant experience to build on their experience and clinical skills in child and adolescent mental health. We would welcome interest from a range of individuals with relevant experience, experience in Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services is not essential.

📋 Principal duties of the role
The job holder will work alongside and be supervised and supported by their Emotional Health Practitioner colleagues in delivering interventions to children and young people. This will be achieved by the provision of direct help and by linking children and young people to other sources of support and good activity in the community to promote their emotional and mental health.
The post holder will be needed to work flexibly as part of a team to guarantee exceptional delivery of service provision including working weekends where required to maintain accessibility and continuity of service delivery.
