Important Duties

  • Find, create, and protect new business possibilities to grow the company’s portfolio of managed properties.
  • Build and keep good connections with property owners, investors, and business partners.
  • Take charge of the commercial strategy to boost occupancy, revenue, and overall business performance.
  • Work with Pass the Keys (the franchisor) to make sure that you follow franchise rules and that your business goals are in line with those of the franchise.
  • Keep an eye on the financial success of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and maximising income.
  • Talk to property owners and partners about business deals and come to an agreement.
  • Look at what your competitors are doing and how the market is changing to find ways to grow.
  • Make ensuring that business development, onboarding, and service delivery are all on the same page by working closely with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Keep an eye on and rate how well your team is doing to make sure they meet business goals.
  • When making business decisions, be aware of risks, such as contractual commitments and the capacity to grow operations.
  • Make financial and performance reports to help in planning and making decisions about the future.

Pay: £50,200.00 to £50,500.00 a year

In line with HTM and Skills for Health advice, lead the review and development of the Training Needs Analysis and course supply.

Create and teach a fire safety training program for all levels of personnel in the trust to make sure they are all well-trained, and make sure that the training meets the different needs of the Trust.

Help the departments and teams build their own fire strategies for their departments and workers.

Check the fire safety systems to make sure that all firefighting equipment, emergency lights and fire alarm systems (this is not a complete list) work well and safely.

Be a good member of the Safety Team by making sure that the wider Safety Strategy is well-known, focused, and delivered. Work with and via the management teams, healthcare staff, and facilities staff to help shape our culture throughout the organization so that we can reach our goals.
