Find and go after new business prospects by networking and targeted prospecting.
Build and keep long-term connections with clients by getting to know their needs and offering them personalised solutions.
Give B2B sales presentations, negotiate, and close transactions to meet sales goals.
Look at consumer data and market trends to make smart sales plans.
Use Salesforce CRM to keep track of leads, opportunities, and interactions with customers in a smart way.
Work with the marketing and product teams to come up with interesting sales offers and campaigns.
Make regular sales reports and forecasts for management to go over.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field similar to this one
Strong analytical ability to make sense of customer and market data
Being good with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Great organisational abilities and the ability to handle many tasks at once
Good at negotiating, giving presentations, and getting along with others
Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative to reach goals
A recognised business or sales qualification is a plus, but not required.
