Write and keep up with complicated scripts in PL/SQL, T-SQL, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, and other languages for automating tasks and integrating systems.

Work with development teams to create databases, improve schemas, and connect applications using SSIS or comparable tools.
Write down the setups, methods, and standards for your document database so that you may share information and stay compliant.
Experience
Proven expertise managing databases on a variety of platforms, such as MySQL, Oracle, Linux-based systems, and Microsoft SQL Server.
A good grasp of high availability architectures including clustering, replication, and mirroring.
Experience putting database design ideas and best practices for scalable systems into action.
Being able to use performance optimisation strategies on big datasets.
Able to write complicated SQL queries and stored procedures in either PL/SQL or T-SQL.
You need know how to use scripting languages like Bash (Unix shell) or Shell Scripting to automate processes.
Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for moving data and ETL (extract, transform, load) operations.
It would be good to know how to manage Linux servers that host databases.
