We have a great job opening for a Female* Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our wonderful team at Seren Support. We want to hear from you if you’re looking for a new challenge.
Hours of work per week: We have hours from 16 hours a week to full-time hours.
Bridgend, Maesteg, and Porthcawl are where it is.
Pay rate: £13.45 an hour plus the following…
£16.00 an hour on Bank Holidays
Mileage: 0.40 ppm
Time to travel: 12.60 hours
7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and/or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Who are we?
Since 2011, we have been offering care and support services to assist people live as independently as possible. We built our service so that people can get care in the comfort of their own homes. Always keeping your dignity, respect, and independence.
Main duties:
Companionship: A big component of your visit is making sure the client has regular, meaningful social interactions.
Help with daily chores including cooking and doing minor housework
Going with people to appointments or shopping
Personal care means helping our clients with basic things like bathing, washing, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and able to take care of themselves.
Important criteria:

Able to work on weekends that aren’t the same as everyone else’s (this is fair for all personnel).
