Care Worker – BRENTWOOD
£13.85 an hour | Full-time and part-time work | You need a car and a driver’s license.
Sponsorship for skilled workers is available (if you qualify).
We are looking for motivated and competent Care Workers to join our BRENTWOOD team at Supreme Care Services. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in their own homes, always promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
You will show professionalism and compassion when you represent Supreme Care Services, and you will also keep the highest standards of care and safety.
Main Duties
Give personal care according to the risk assessments and care plans for each person.
Help with daily duties like personal hygiene, getting dressed, making meals, and being a friend
Give medicine on time according to business policy
Fill out care notes correctly and let us know right away if there are any changes in the condition of the people you help.
Use moving and handling tools including hoists, wheelchairs, stair lifts, and others carefully.
Always follow the rules for protecting people and blowing the whistle.
Take part in required and continuous training
Work together with care coordinators, supervisors, and families
Always keep things private and act professionally
What you need
At least six months of care experience is preferred (training will be given).
You must have a full UK driving licence and be able to drive your own car.
You have the right to work in the UK (if you are currently in the UK and are a skilled worker, you can get sponsorship).
Good at talking and writing
Able to work on a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
A kind, trustworthy, and professional attitude
