As the Deputy Manager of a Barchester care facility, you’ll help make sure that we provide the high-quality care that we’re recognised for. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership tasks when they are not there. You will help with anything from making sure care standards are met to encouraging your team. You’ll motivate a team of people from different fields to make sure that every resident has the finest quality of life possible. That involves setting a good example and making sure we follow the rules by doing frequent audits, supervised clinical practice and reviewing our compliance with the rules. You will set the highest standards and use your expertise to come up with and carry out plans that will help you reach your goals.
