We care about and love our employees, and we work hard to create a culture of kindness and acceptance. We speak two languages at our company, and we have a group of Change Champions who support “This is Our NWSSP,” our main change program. PROUD is our new staff network that welcomes LGBT+ coworkers and supporters to get together in a secure place to talk, plan events, and make connections with other people who can help them.
