The Part – Team Leader / Care Assistant Role (UK Care Jobs with COS)
We need a committed and experienced Care Assistant / Team Leader to join our team. This job is perfect for someone who cares deeply about the quality of care, helping staff grow, and making sure that service consumers get great care.
You will work closely with the office staff, care staff, and service users to make sure that care is given safely, effectively, and in accordance with Caremark standards and the law.
Main Duties (UK Care Jobs with COS)
Do staff evaluations, spot inspections, and supervisions
Do reviews and risk assessments for service users.
Help with hiring, training, and onboarding new care personnel
Check on the quality of care and make sure that rules and CQC requirements are being followed.
Give care workers in the field advice and help
Help with complaints, investigations, and safety issues
Keep precise records and reporting
Encourage best practices and ongoing improvements in how treatment is given
About You – Requirements (UK Care Jobs with COS)
Experience in home care or as a supervisor in the past
Possibility of sponsorship
Good at leading and talking to others
A good awareness of the CQC standards and rules for care
Ability to choose priorities and work on your own
A full UK driving licence and a car (required)
A caring, professional, and well-organised way of doing things
