We’re searching for an excited and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help run our busy and pleasant location every day. This job is fantastic for someone who likes being on the floor, setting a good example, and helping the team make outstanding food and memorable customer experiences. You’ll be an important part of keeping the service running efficiently and helping to make the workplace a fun, supportive, and positive place to be.

Main Duties
Supervise daily service operations and help personnel when things get busy.
Lead shifts by making sure the crew is well-organised, motivated, and happy with their work.
Help train and onboard new team members
Work closely with the kitchen staff to make sure that serving goes smoothly and the cuisine is always good.
Always observe health and safety, food safety, and hygiene rules.
Help and guide front-of-house staff so they can give great customer service.
Help in checking stock and telling management when there isn’t enough of it
Be courteous and professional when dealing with client questions and small concerns.
Keep the restaurant clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
Help create a healthy team culture where everyone feels respected and supported.
Skills and Experience Required
Skills and experience
Worked before as a supervisor in a restaurant, café, or hotel
Confident in managing a team while still being friendly and hands-on
A good grasp of food safety and service standards
Good at talking to both customers and coworkers
Ability to keep calm, orderly, and positive when things are moving quickly
A real love for hospitality and a focus on the team
Having worked with POS systems before is a plus.
Having worked as a barista or at a bar is a plus, but not necessary.
