1. Software Engineer – Tech Jobs in UK with Visa Sponsorship

Company: Techmunity
Location: London Area, United Kingdom
Visa Sponsorship: Available
Job Type: Senior / Staff-Level Software Engineer

About the work

This is a company you should talk to if you’re a senior or staff-level engineer who likes making things that are good for customers and wants to work on systems that are really hard and real-world.

Techmunity is looking for engineers in London to work on an AI-first B2B platform that uses generative models to address a very difficult problem: providing customised, one-on-one experiences on a large scale without needing a lot of marketers, designers, or engineers.

The company raised a lot of money in its seed round, and in the previous year, it has 2.5 times the annual recurring revenue (ARR), signed up more than 50 customers, and doubled its staff. They’re getting ready for Series A and expanding the engineering staff that works on the platform.

You’ll be part of a team lead by engineers where everyone is expected to take care of problems from start to finish. There isn’t a lot of PM work to do, so you’ll be close to customers, sales, and feedback.

They’re looking for Senior and Staff-level Product Engineers, and there are a lot of jobs for those with both backend and frontend skills.

Engineers that work on the backend will be in charge of the technologies that make it feasible to have customised, AI-driven experiences on a large scale.

You will develop and execute production services from start to finish, working on distributed systems, event-driven workflows, and integrations that directly power features that customers see.

The current stack includes Go, AWS, Kafka, and Postgres. However, engineers with experience building real backend systems in Python, Java, Node, Rust, or a similar language are welcome to join if they want to learn Go.

Engineers who work on the front end own the parts of the product where users see that customisation.

You’ll create and improve complicated UIs and workflows that employ a lot of data, and you’ll add features that change how business users use the product.

The frontend is a top priority; it’s built with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, and there is a heavy focus on product thinking and system awareness.

In both roles, they worry much less about how many years of experience you have and much more about how you think, take responsibility, and ship in unclear situations.

What you get

Senior staff pay: £80,000 to £120,000 plus stock options, depending on level and impact.
Based in London, with three days a week in Central London.
Visa sponsorship is available.

If you’re a senior or staff-level product engineer who wants to own something, work on real AI challenges, and be part of a really high-level team, send me a message or apply directly.
