You need to be dependable, honest, and most importantly, kind and caring. Our internal and external trainers, as well as our senior personnel, will teach you how to do your job to the highest standards.
Your Duties Include:
Help clients with everyday tasks like bathing, dressing, and preparing meals.
Give the medicine support that was asked for.
Help clients stay independent while making sure they are safe and comfortable.
Talk to your clients often to find out what they need and want.
Follow care plans exactly to make sure that all of your health and personal care needs are satisfied.
Keep accurate records of how you care for your clients and tell the right healthcare providers about any changes in their health or conduct.
Get customers involved in social activities to improve their mental health and make friends.
Follow health and safety rules to make sure that clients are in a clean and safe place.
Give PEG, NIV, and oxygen therapy, suction, and tracheostomy complex support, including training.
Work with several agencies to provide holistic palliative care that honours and respects the person who is dying.
