You will become a member of Unipuler’s flexible staffing pool and be given shifts according to your availability as a Bank Carer. Depending on the needs of your clients, you will work in a variety of care settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, supported living facilities, and domiciliary care.
For someone who appreciates flexibility and wants to take on shifts without a long-term commitment to set timetables, this position is perfect.

Provide top-notch personal care, including dressing, toileting, washing, and assistance with continence.
Use authorised equipment (hoists, slide sheets, wheelchairs) to help with mobility, repositioning, and transfers.
Assistance with nutrition, hydration, and meals.
Offer emotional support, companionship, and assurance.
When necessary, assist with household chores such light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Prompt or deliver medicine in line with care plans and training (setting dependent).
Accurately record the care given, taking note of any observations or condition changes.
Observe the workplace policies, risk assessments, safeguarding protocols, and care plans for each placement.
Maintain the privacy, respect, and dignity of each and every service user.
Always have a compassionate approach and uphold professional boundaries.
