About the position
Working in IT and Audio Visual Support:
Together with the team, you will deliver exceptional IT and AV services to our staff and students. No two days will be the same when it comes to offering assistance and guidance in person, over the phone, remotely, and via our ticket management system (TOPdesk).
You will be instrumental in building our world-class university’s outstanding IT and AV infrastructure.
You will assist with administrative, instructional, and learning activities throughout the university as a member of our helpful team of twenty-one first and second line analysts. Your main tasks will consist of:
- Fixing issues and offering guidance on a variety of devices, such as operating systems, software, and audiovisual equipment.
- Examining and fixing simple hardware and audiovisual issues.
- When necessary, help with the construction and installation of DDaT-supported equipment in offices, conference rooms, and classrooms.
- Assisting in the creation of our self-help manuals and information base.
About you
- You will love addressing hardware and software problems and getting “hands-on” in providing excellent support, and you will be interested in advancing your career in IT and AV. Additionally, you will have:

The role
This position serves as the technical lead for data monitoring, automation, and problem solving and reports to the BI Data Operations Manager within the broader Business Intelligence function. Every day, you’ll:
